    I don't recall ever writing a public review of a service company online. As a physician, as a public health professional, and as someone who has had illness from pesticide exposure from other companies in the past, I would urge you to use Arrow in the future. My overwhelmingly positive experience with this company prompted me to write this to let the public know that in my entire life, I cannot recall a more friendly, scrupulously honest, devoted, knowledgeable and patient service company. So far the apt issue is solved, but more importantly Arrow's professionals really seem to care about me, my concerns, my questions and my apartment. They don't promise the moon, they don't treat you like just another customer, they have expertise that is truly first class and world class. Dave and Sean and Sergeant Freddy are just amazingly fine dedicated people, and whatever kind of work they would be doing, I feel confident they would be helping the public and customers in an honest, professional, fair, efficient and dedicated manner. I looked into other companies. Some seemed reasonable, professional, cheaper, or had glitzier web sites. You never know if a problem will recur in a Manhattan apt, but Arrow does their absolute best to give you piece of mind. And that's what I believe differentiates them from their competitors. If you have a pest problem, and you're shopping around for a good, reputable company that will help you on the cheap in the short run, you can probably go to a competitor and be disappointed in the long run. For me, Arrow is truly the Cadillac care of the industry, and there is no 2nd place company. They are the best. Period.

Here is the review I just posted on Angie's List (angieslist.com) mentioning the excellent service I received from Pat today:

"We have been Arrow Exterminating customers for years. (And my parents used them when I was growing up) today's experience was (I'm happy to say) excellent as usual.I called Arrow this morning to ask for their help in removing a large hornet's next that my son unpleasantly discovered under the pool deck. I was quoted a discounted price due to our years as an Arrow customer.Pat from Arrow came to my house a few hours later, suited up, and quickly neutralized and removed it. While he was here, he noticed that carpenter ants were active on our house. (We have a carpenter ant contract with Arrow.) He dealt quickly and effectively with them too. After all of this service (in 100 degree weather!), Pat called into the office and arranged for a further discount for us on the hornet nest removal. How could I NOT be delighted with this experience! When you call around, Arrow will not be the cheapest service you find. However, in my experience, they are the best, most reliable, and most likely to provide effective remedies and satisfaction. We tried going cheaper once called another pest control company to handle a silverfish problem and save $100 compared to Arrow. We were very dissatisfied, it was Arrow all the way from that point onward.Thank you, Arrow and Pat!" Service like this will always keep us coming back.

Because I was so favorably impressed by my experience today , I am sending email to share my compliments and appreciation for measured and professional service of Mike Greene in our home today. My wife believed we had bed bugs, Mike diagnosed another problem, carpet beetles and recommended treatment. Frankly I expected a salesman to throw fuel on fire of my wife's worry about infestation.
