I want to thank all of you who helped me when I have unwanted visitors in my attic. All of you were kind, thoughtful and very helpful. I want to express my gratitude to Howard Handler – who came to help me out – and to Jose Padilla who corrected all the needed areas and made my home safe again.
I appreciate your skill in quickly making things right. I appreciate the kind way you ll treated me.
Thank you
Arlene
Just a brief letter of Thanks for having such a caring and responsible Employee on your staff. Pedro did a termite inspection for me on January 19th. He was most respectful and thorough. He answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and cooperative.
Thank you again for caring about customer satisfaction.
Sincerely,

It’s taken me several weeks to get around to this, but I’m writing to let you know how pleased we were with the work of Mr. Angello Nadaban, who did a termite inspection in our house on January 5.
Mr. Nadaban was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and very thorough. His thoroughness, in particular, really impressed me. For example, he was suspicious of some evidence of old termite activity and, at his urging, I removed a section of sheetrock from my garage wall so that he could inspect down along the wooden framing. Also—after I told him that I didn’t think there was a crawl space under my staircase—he insisted that there had to be one; that jogged my memory and he proceeded to go into the crawl space in order to check it.
I have always been very satisfied with all of Arrow’s technicians and inspectors; they have worked with us on termite, mouse, and insect situation for the past several years—always with good results; Mr. Nadaban is one of the more outstanding of your employees that I have worked with.
I think that you are fortunate to have this caliber of employee at Arrow Exterminating.

I’d like to take a few moments of your time to acknowledge the work that Mike Perci has done for me and the Company(ies) I work for.
I met Mike several years ago at Seal-It. His work there was exceptional, even though the client was……..difficult.
After moving on/up, I asked Mike to be my rep here at USN. His work is, as expected, excellent. Audit prep is very important, and being able to “fire and forget” with the Pest Control program is very important to me. I needed a person in that position that I trust, so when initiated contact with Arrow I asked for Mike specifically.
Thanks again for your time; I just wanted to let you know what I think of Mike.

Outstanding Service
Since assuming the responsibilities for pest control services at the Watson, Copiague site, it has been my pleasure to work with specialist Mike Perci. Over the past nine years, Mike has maintained our pest control program with professionalism and dedication. I would like to take a moment to acknowledge some of the key points that have helped us to host numerous inspections and audits resulting in minimal or no observations.
· Mike’s personal phone # is available to me for any issue.
· All calls are answered or returned promptly and questions are responded to. If a service call is needed, Mike either attends to the problem or contacts Arrow for another technician to respond.
· Mike has assisted in the development and review of site Pest Control SOPs.
· Mike is able to disseminate any technical information into layman’s terms in order to satisfy QA, QE, QC and production personnel requirements.
Again, I would like to thank Mike for his years of professional and dedication to the well being of this site.

Very often these days, it seems the only time service providers hear from their customers is when they have a complaint or a problem that needs to be addressed immediately. Let my help break that tradition.
As a quality affairs manager for a food science corporation, I am aware of how difficult it is to provide customers with excellent products and service in a consistent and timely fashion. It is when I come across such companies exhibiting these qualities of customer service, I feel that recognition and praise is in order. Arrow Exterminating Co. Inc. is one such company.
As you may realize in dealing with the food industry, a well maintained, well-documented and thorough pest control program is critical in meeting the requirements of our customers. We must also meet the approval third party inspectors, such as the American Institute of Baking. Since the employment of Arrow Exterminating Co. Inc., Comax Manufacturing Corporation has received excellent remarks about our pest control program from our customers, and has gained some of the highest marks ever from our external auditors. Before the use of Arrow, Comax was often cited for deficiencies in our pest control program, even using two separate companies.
Furthermore, I would like to commend the service and dedication of one of your technicians, Mr. Michael Perci. I feel the effort that Mike has put forth in his work has allowed Comax to attain the recognition in the areas listed above. Since meeting Mike in the summer of 1999, I have felt comfortable that our pest control program would be well maintained. Mike has been very thorough and extremely informative in pointing out possible problems. Not only has he made me aware of certain issues, but has always taken the time to educate me on several occasions. Mike is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and exhibits the utmost professionalism and courtesy whenever I see him in our plant. It is pleasing to know that integrity and pride in one’s work prevails in this highly competitive economy.
Thank You Arrow!
Sincerely,
Christopher S.

Well, you’ve gone and done it again – another very successful “Good Bug/Bad Bug” Presentation! We can’t thank you enough for taking the time out of your busy schedule to talk to our second graders. You’ve really caught their interest and sparked their curiosity – the children were still talking bugs when I picked them up after their lunch period! (If only some of my lessons had that king of impact… sigh).
On behalf of all the seventh grade students and teachers at Lynbrook North I would like to thank you for all the support you have provided to our science education.
Each year we look forward to your presentation which seems to get better every time.
Enclosed please find a small token of our appreciation for the work you do.
Thank you for your partnership with Lynbrook North.
Sincerely,

On behalf of the second grade teachers and students of Nathaniel Woodhull Elementary, please accept our heartfelt gratitude for making “Good Bug, Bad Bug” possible today. The program ties in nicely with our science curriculum, and is always very well received by the children.
As usual, Mr. Bernard Wendell should be commended for the outstanding job he did in presenting the program. The children immediately respond to his enthusiastic, warm and upbeat manner. You could not have picked a better representative for your company.
It is a testament to your program and Mr. Wendell’s delivery that the children were still taking about insects in the cafeteria during lunch time!
Thank you again!

I found a little bug earlier tonight and I wasn't sure what it was. I thought it could be either a flea or lice. Luckily for me, you had such good pics and details, I found it was a flea. It must have come from my neighbor's new puppy who came running in my house yesterday to escape the rain. (But "just in case" I treated my 3 kiddos for lice...what a drag!) Thanks for the website...it was very helpful to one tired Momma. Besides, with 2 teenagers and a 2 year old in the house...who needs more pests? LOL Thanks again.

The army of termites we just wiped out with the Sentricon system could have eaten a forest! We live in a rural, forest area, and the potential for real damage was averted!
