Here is the review I just posted on Angie's List (angieslist.com) mentioning the excellent service I received from Pat today:
’We have been Arrow Exterminating customers for years. (And my parents used them when I was growing up) today’s experience was (I’m happy to say) excellent as usual.I called Arrow this morning to ask for their help in removing a large hornet’s next that my son unpleasantly discovered under the pool deck. I was quoted a discounted price due to our years as an Arrow customer.Pat from Arrow came to my house a few hours later, suited up, and quickly neutralized and removed it. While he was here, he noticed that carpenter ants were active on our house. (We have a carpenter ant contract with Arrow.) He dealt quickly and effectively with them too. After all of this service (in 100 degree weather!), Pat called into the office and arranged for a further discount for us on the hornet nest removal. How could I NOT be delighted with this experience! When you call around, Arrow will not be the cheapest service you find. However, in my experience, they are the best, most reliable, and most likely to provide effective remedies and satisfaction. We tried going cheaper once called another pest control company to handle a silverfish problem and save $100 compared to Arrow. We were very dissatisfied, it was Arrow all the way from that point onward.Thank you, Arrow and Pat!" Service like this will always keep us coming back.
